Well pneumonia has pretty much bedridden me for these last few months - all my good work undone. Feel so unhealthy and haven't even thought of dieting these last 12 weeks.

But now I'm back and ready to get my myself sorted out...

Any peeps want to add me all are welcome and am a good responder too if any of you need someone to give you the occasional pep talk / kick up the backside

    I've finally decided to come back after having a stressful year with one thing and another. time to start focusing back on me.
