    "Break the cycle of Addiction"

    I saw it on a poster once a long time ago as a child, it had a Native American on it so I'm assuming the quote had some roots in that, but I have always come back to it all my life.

    Most bad habits, really, are addictions. Smoking, drinking, and for many of us: Eating. It just reminds me that if I don't break the cycle, the cycle will just continue. B)

    I have a couple by Jim Rohn (don't know who he is but like his quotes)

    "If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much"

    "We must all suffer the pain of two things: the pain of discipline, or the pain of regret"

    One of my favorite quotes is:

    “Yes, our path is harder….but it leads to a better place.”

    It came from Obama’s 2012 DNC speech. I was training for a marathon at that time and it just kind of stuck with me. But it applies to a lot of things in life.

    I found a picture of a very simple flow chart that looks like this:

    Is there something you should be doing?
    Yes --> Do it
    No --> Don't f'ing lie --> Do it
