Hello! Everyone I m miky 25.. In all my life I never had to follow a diet but because of my job my metabolism started to slow down and I started to crave all the wrong food while I m free because of the few ammount of free time I have to cook.. I m a lazy person and I cannot follow a regular gym routine or prepare my meal in advance before work because my wake up sometimes is insane!! Did you guess witch job?! I m a stewardess since two years and I keep changing body timing.. Sleeping hours.. And kind of food continuously.. Drinking sometimes only a glass of water per day... With the results of very bad circulation in my legs and cellulitis.. So saying that I m a desperate case... Even tho I am tall 1.65 and I weight 54 kg that will mean I am at my body weight it is not what I am use to because my bones are very light and all that I weight is bad fat.. I wanna get read of it!!!!!! Please give me some tips xxx

You're already on the low end of a healthy BMI so if you do have fat to lose, it isn't that much.

I haven't heard flight attendants called stewardesses in a long time.

I'm thinking she's from another country and stewardess is the right name.

The sleeping schedule has got to be rough! Try to get your water intake up. Long hours in pressurized cabins has got to be dehydrating!

Do you like oatmeal? It can be very filling, good nutrition, and most airports have a Starbucks or other coffee place that has it. Just go easy on the brown sugar.

Do exercise when you can, preferably resistance training.
And get atleast 2 litres of water everyday. When and how is up to you tho.
Bring along healthy snacks, that way you get some kind of food in between meal times and may result in less hunger. But do track it on mfp!

That all said, I wish you the best of luck and safe flights! :)

You must have been very slim to begin with because 54kg at 165cm is a BMI of 19.8, so any weight you lose is not for health reasons.

1: You don't need to lose weight. You just need to improve your health.
2: you absolutley must make an effort to eat during your day. You must speak to your boss if you are not being given the time to eat.
3: there is no such thing as light bones. You cannot remove your bones and weigh them separately and therefore you cannot know the weight of your bones.
4: fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, meat, beans, cheese, milk, yogurt, hummus, pasta, rice, avocados...all nice and healthy and don't take much preparation. Keep it simple.

    Good luck.
