Benefit of living and working in same building? I keep popping back and forth from office to apartment to deal with a kid with a stomach virus. Oh, and campus plumbers are here fixing a nasty, nasty sink backup....they can't figure out cause.

200lbs officially lost as of today... from 388 to 187ish... pretty crazy. Fit into a size 32 waist jean recently.. started at a 50!

These used to fit so tight that they left red indents in my hips. Few years ago, but wow. I never realized how unhealthy I had been.

This is a funny meme, but I find it true for myself. I always told myself I "wasn't that bad", but the reality hit when I went from a tight extra large shirt and red-mark leaving 36in waist pants to mediums and comfy 32's. Ya look amazing too.

ACUS have strange sizing. But these are size Medium-short. They're sized for men though like most unisex clothing. I don't know what size I would wear now because I haven't needed them in years.
