Would doing a 1 and a half hour paper round count as excersize?
It lasts a hour and a half, delivering to 70 houses and you are never in the car for more than a minute from house to house so a lot of getting out, delivering and back in ect ? Some houses are a good minute walk as its all in the country side

it depends on your goals if you want to lose weight I'd forget it happened and not eat it back. if you want to maintain or gain weight then add it and eat it back. The problem is that you do this every day so your body has become adapted to it and your mfp calorie estimate is probably too high for it at this point.

If your paper route is daily or close to it (let's say 5 days a week) I would just include it in your daily activity level. If it's once a week, I would not.

This. I would only be somewhat concerned on a bulk, even then I personally wouldn't.
