Hi all not too sure how to add peep so could you please add me big hugs to us all for making these changes to our life, stay strong and positive we can do it. When exercise is tough and we have to dig deep. I sign these words. You can get it if you really want you must try try and try try and try and you will succeed at last

    To add someone you click their name. On the screen that comes up you click on their name again and that's where the "add" button comes up. BTW, congrats on your 37 lbs lost. Just reached 40 last week.
