For the past 10 years I've been obese. Finally got my life together and decided I'm worth it! I've lost 40kgs so far. Still about 10kgs to go.

Just LOVE the face that my boys workout with me! They lift the weights about 8 times then I need to check how much their muscles have grown!

Really hope that my healthier lifestyle now rubs off on them for their grownup years and that they don't ever need to struggle with weight like I did! 49iamwc1y6g8.jpg

    My 9 yo daughter likes to lift with me sometimes too. I have a super light bar that weighs practically nothing that she uses to floor press and overhead press. I'm teaching her goblet squats too.

    You might want to check out Cosmic Kids yoga on YouTube as something fun to do with your boys.
