I do! It's hard to stay motivated and have energy to work out and eat right. And then if you overdo it you can't get out of bed. I've had POTS for 8 years and I still struggle.1

I was diagnosed with POTS last year. Other than making sure I drink plenty of water and keep my sodium at about 4000mg/day, I find that even simple exercises like lunges and squats help so much. Building up your lower extremities to keep blood flowing better.1

I do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was diagnosed in 2011 and it sucks! I still work a full time job and I'm looking for a job where I can work from home...not sure how much longer I can do this0
