Is this math for weight loss correct?

If I'm not as hungry on some days in a month (say 5 days), & eat the minimum 1200 calories for females (instead of 1600 that mfp says I should eat) can I eat more calories on 5 days in the month and still lose weight?
If I eat 2000 (1600+400) calories on those 5 days, do they balance out the 5 days of 1200 calories? Thanks!
Fyi, I have no eating disorder. Some days are just not hungry days.

Yep that is absolutely fine. Many people use a weekly average instead of looking at it day to day.7

If you click nutrition at the bottom of your diary, you can toggle between daily and weekly.2
