    Last year I ate 2 yogurts right before dinner, it really helped. I skipped the whole give me food right now like I get usual waiting until mid-afternoon to eat.

    I love stuffing and sweet potato casserole so I plan to get a good portion of those and no rolls or other carby stuff. Enjoy the food & fellowship! Happy Thanksgiving!

    I'm going to track Bc I find that when I do track even the crazy days of eating I haven't eaten nearly as many calories as I thought I would have eaten -- and it makes me feel better knowing the damage done.
