1400 calorie diet

I'm currently on a 1400 calorie diet and ive lost 7lbs so far in 2 weeks

    In two weeks? That's probably a bit of water weight, and some body fat. Not uncommon at the beginning of weight loss.

    Was there a question? And was this supposed to be in Food and Nutrition?
