I am now the "average size of an American woman", I've gone from a tight 18 to a comfortable size 14, I had to buy new exercise pants because the smallest ones I had kept falling down while I was jogging, AND just yesterday a stranger actually told me I was stunning!!! I was surprised with how the last one made me feel...lol! I thought I'd be over the moon, but I was a little taken aback! It's been years since someone other than my husband/mother/children/BFF's has told me I was pretty. I actually blushed & stumbled with my words.

One of my BFF's told me I needed to take my before picture & put it next to my most current picture so I can see what everyone else sees and I thought I'd share the results with all of you! I'm far from done, but DANG!

    You look great! We are neighbors...I live in Allen. Changing clothing sizes is always so exciting. when I started my weighloss journey a year ago I was a solid 16. 35 lbs lighter I am a solid 10. Looking forward to the single digits.
