Hi Everyone!
I want to feel great heading into Christmas and New Years! On Sunday November 20th it will be exactly 6 weeks until New Years.
I am hoping to lose 8 pounds by then. What would your ideal weight loss be for over the next 6 weeks?

Hi I would like to loose 10 lbs and my start is 182. I would be happy with 8 lbs but shooting for 10. This will help me get the boost I need as I'm starting out again.5
