6 Weeks until New Years Challenge!!

Hi Everyone!

I want to feel great heading into Christmas and New Years! On Sunday November 20th it will be exactly 6 weeks until New Years.

I am hoping to lose 8 pounds by then. What would your ideal weight loss be for over the next 6 weeks?

I would love some support!! :) if you are interested in joining please copy and paste the below information and input your goals. The start date will be on Sunday November 20th and we will log our weight each week on every Sunday.
