Sauna vs Steam Room?

    Steam, don't like the dry heat of a sauna, makes me feel like I can't breathe properly

    Both. Different kinds of heat and both feel good to me. I'll usually steam then shave. Then I'll do the dry sauna while having my protein shake, then do one more steam.

    I prefer steam because I think it helps breathing and promote systemic flushing more. Hell, I live in AZ so most the summer I am in a 120 degree dry sauna.

    The whole outdoors is one giant steam room during the summer. It's free, but it has mosquitoes.

    Spent 3 years in Phoenix going to college (DeVry). Yeah, couldn't wait to get back to Montana.
