I get the boneless skinless thighs, trim the fat and bake. Old Bay seasoning or salt, pepper, and marjoram.

Oh I hadn't thought about using Old Bay seasoning on Chicken! I may have to try that!

We buy the boneless skinless thighs and breasts weekly. I think we likely buy a family pack (large one) every week. In the warmer weather (by warmer I mean above 60F, yes I am a BBQ addict), we grill them with a good bbq seasoning and some sauce. In the winter we bake them.. seasoned and then sauced. Serve with some baked or steamed veggies. Yum.

I use boneless skinless chicken thighs a lot...I really don't care for chicken breast...I have no problem exchanging a handful of calories for more flavor.

Often I just season or marinate and grill and serve with whatever veg and starch/grain I feel like...but my wife and I have had the above a couple of times and it's great.

That looks incredibly delicious. I had to import the recipe into MFP. Thank you. ;)

I do a teriyaki marinade and grill - then dip in homemade ranch dressing.
