Hi, I thought I'd come and introduce myself since the website says dieting with friends helps and I need all the help I can get haha.
I'm Katie, I'm 20, I'm a University student from the UK and I'm a vegetarian.

I've not got a lot to lose. I only need to lose 3 pounds to be in my 'healthy weight range' and just over a stone to weigh what I want to, but I struggle with diets. Or sticking to diets for the long term and not getting bored and starting to think 'well, one cake won't hurt' anyway. I've just tried weightwatchers and I lost about a stone before I started to put weight on every week instead even though I stuck to the diet so I thought I'd give simple calorie counting another try.

I used to eat a lot of processed foods and ready meals I'm trying to cook all my meals from actual fresh ingredients, not a strong point of mine, I'm usually a take-away sort of person so if anyone knows any good low calorie recipe websites I could get some inspiration off it'd be a massive help.

Also, feel free to add me as a friend, especially if you have the same problem with sticking to diets and we can help keep each other on track :)

    We can do it together. We both know how hard it is to count calories and remember to enter them... Hopefully together we can remind each other. Don't forget that adding a workout can help too. =)

    I don't know many vegetarian recipes, but I will send you any recipes that I have that you might enjoy. I have a really good and healthy black bean soup recipe I can send you if you would like it.
