Hello everyone, my name is Hannah and im 20 years old. I have been on a journey to eat healthy, exercise, and lose weight for the past couple weeks. A little backstory: I've always struggled with my weight. I live way out in the country and come from an overweight family. Everyone in my family is overweight so I never had any support. At my highest weight I was 260, I was able to get myself down to 220 in the course of a few months (-40 lbs!), but after a bad breakup I had a pretty bad couple of weeks and put back on 5 pounds. I decided I'm not doing it anymore, I want to make a change for me and my body, I want to have a healthy lifestyle and feel good about myself. My weight has always been a major cause of my depression and I'm DONE with trying. I'm doing. I'm not going on a 'diet' I'm making a lifestyle change. I'm eating more whole and less processed foods, I'm tracking my calories on here and exercising as often as I can. So far I'm already back down to 220 again in just a couple weeks! (-5 lbs) I'm so excited and motivated to change myself for the better. I'm planning on weighing myself at the end of every month and I will keep you guys updated on my progress. I have a goal weight set, but my goal right now is to just get under 200 lbs and I know I can do it!
This time I'm not losing weight, I'm getting rid of it for good.

My final goal weight is: 125 lbs
My starting weight: 260lbs
My current weight: 220lbs
My next small goal: 210lbs
This time I'm not losing weight, I'm getting rid of it for good.

I've always struggled with my weight too so I know exactly how you feel! Congrats on loosing the weight that you already have! You can't dwell on the few pounds you've gained when you've already lost so much! I can't wait to hear about the progress you've made! Your in Alabama, USA and I'm in Alberta, Canada but that doesn't mean we still cant motivate each other! We are around the same weight and I'm 19 years old so we are similar in a lot of ways!
