Hello!
I've just started on what I hope will be a successful journey of weight loss and positive change in attitude towards food.
I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome type 3 and often manage the pain with comfort food. Being over weight causes my skeleton additionally EDS pain from having to support my blubber! It's a frustrating cycle I'm proactively seeking to change.
I looking to connect with similar folk who can inspire and motivate me when (inevitably) it will get tough!
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi there! I have EDS-3 I'm struggling too because in the past I could up my exercise but now my pain is at an all time high. I also started using food when I was in pain and couldn't workout, now that it's an everyday thing I've had to change that bad habit.0

I too have EDS-3. Desperately trying to lose some weight before my legs are done for. Comfort foods during the high pain days have been my go to as well and hoping to find a way to overcome that habit.0
