New mom determined to lose weight

Hi I'm Selena and I'm a new mommy. I had my bundle of joy 5 weeks ago. I determined to lose the baby weight I gained and then some. I'm breastfeeding exclusively so it's definitely a challenge being that I'm the only one that feeds him. Prior to my baby's debut I have lost over 148 lbs. I'm ready to SnapBack!

Congratulations on your little one! I'm in the same position as you except my little boy is two in January. When I went back to work full time I thought the weight would fall off. I understand trust life can be challenging with work life balance. That will be my next challenge when I go back after my maternity leave. I'm regional manager and life was busy without baby already. I lost 148 pounds with creating healthy habits daily, weight watchers for tracking my food, attended meetings for support, and worked out at home doing P90X and other beachbody programs. The main reason I lost the weight is that I kept going no matter what. It took 2 years to lost it. Maintained for 4 years.0
