Really want to eat better

Hello Team....Just getting started and really want get good advice, eat better and continue to exercise.

    Small steps make for big progress over the long run. Don't dive off the 500 foot cliff and expect there to be deep water underneath without checking first. Mistakes happen but the only real mistake is not learning from them.

    Measure twice and eat once................ok that one doesn't work as well but still measure what you are eating and track it honestly. Set a reasonable goal starting at .5lbs per week and go from there. Depending on how much you want to lose it will take time.

    This race the tortoise always wins.

    The best advice I received was track what you eat NORMALLY for a week. don't change a thing. then go back ay bed time, and log, how you felt. Hungry, bloated, full, thirsty.... Look back after 7 days and work off those patterns to know what will be reasonable for you to adjust to!

    I started by cutting out anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup...or as they call it now...Just Fructose....
