Hi, new on here though I have used several of the partner apps before just didn't realise that there was a whole community behind them. I started off with having 4 1/2 stone to lose, well got the first half shifted just the big 4 to go ! Just popping on to say hi and wish you all well in your endeavours and would appreciate any help and will happily reciprocate in kind.

    I'm from the UK, too! East Midlands. I've been here a while now and lost five stone. I gained about ten pounds back over the summer though so I'm working on getting back down! Feel free to add me :)

    Having a great time here, lost over a stone and getting more and more addicted to the exercise bug once more..
    Sometimes wonder what on earth I was doing giving up on it before ?
