Hi, I'm in. This is my first official challenge to complete. Good luck everyone!

I would like to join this challenge. Just started back to exercise and monitoring my meals and could use motivation to keep going1

I normally weigh in on Tuesdays afternoons around 2:30pm, but today I had a Wellness Screening at my job and had to weigh in this morning 9:15am. By the time I weigh in, in the afternoon I will have consumed 10 cups of water almost which I'm fine with that bc I'm still losing at least a pound a week. My problem is when I weighed in at the Wellness Screening I'm at least 10 lbs lighter than when I weighed in last week! I'm no confused and could I be holding on to 10 lbs of water weight? I don't know which lbs to post...the am or the pm? Any suggestions?
