T2 Diabetic still trying to find a way of addressing my weight that I am able to sustain over the long haul. Looking for those with T2 Diabetes who want to share the journey. Not looking for dogmatic diabetics who are judgmental and religious about a specific way of eating. Looking for people who are trying to be a good parent, spouse, good at work, and still find a way to make exercise and nutrition a priority. As you can tell I am not super confident or inspirational at this point, but I am going to keep trying.

Hey Chris,
I don't have diabetes (luckily). I have over 100lbs to lose and my mother and Aunt are both T1 so I was well & truly headed down that path. So far I've lost 22lbs and I'd like to think I'm not judgemental or religious. I'm well versed in the food groups diabetics (thanks Mum.. Lol) and I believe you are right, to make it sustainable it absolutely has to work for you!!! So feel free to add me.0
