Hi everyone

I'm new to this forum and I'm currently doing the couchto5k program. How can I log this into mfp?

I use a similar app, but find the calorie count to be way too high. I also use MapMyRun, which syncs to MFP, and is a more accurate count.

I use a fit bit so the steps sync and I didn't worry about the running calories until I got up to mostly running, then I logged it as slow running, I forget the exact description.

I use a garmin watch to log my runs but I used to just use the MapMyRun which automatically syncs to MFP

Runkeeper, Strava, Endomondo will all account for the differences in pace.

MapmyFitness also does it but personally not one I'd recommend. Runtastic is similar but again I wouldn't recommend it.

I use the RunningAhead website. I log my runs or walks, distance and time. It will calculate my pace per mile. You can also put in your weight and it will give you a calorie burn #. You can then take your average pace from your workout and log it in mfp. I find RA to give me slightly higher calorie burns than mfp, so I log the smaller burn.
