do u have to eat portionally to lose weight, or use a food scale to track your food,

    You need to eat at a deficit. The food scale will help you track that deficit accurately.

    Count calories?
    Weigh food?

    I track everything I eat on a food scale so that I know with certainty I am eating at a deficit.

    To lose weight you have to eat fewer calories than you burn. A food scale is a great tool to measure exactly how many calories you're eating. Not sure what you mean by "portionally"?
