Starting a Biggest Loser Challenge at the Gym Tomorrow need Motivation

I'm starting a Biggest Loser Challenge at the gym tomorrow there going by Inches and not Weight. It's going for 6 weeks gonna be tough with the holidays but I know I can do it. I just need motivation to get through it. I will post my results at the end of the challenge. I go to the gym 5 days a week or 2.5 hours a day before work.
