What's on your grocery list for the week? Trying to incorporate new things in my way of eating. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone too.

For this week, a random week, every week? Staples that I don't want to run out of?
I keep a running inventory and make sure I always have a variety of
fresh fruit (depending on season - apples, pears, pomelo, pomegranates, litchi, plums, grapes, mango, melons are my favorites)
vegetables (for eating raw - mostly broccoli, carrots, rutabaga, beets, cucumber)
vegetables (for cooking - depending on what I'll be cooking, usually onion, garlic, squash, mushrooms, potatoes, sweet potatoes, chili, artichoke, corn, parsnips, carrots, celery, asparagus)
sandwich spreads (cheese, meat, fish based)
 milk (whole, cow)
butter, mayo, pickles, parmesan, nut butters
frozen vegetables (peas, green beans, edamame, brussel sprouts, spinach)
frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries) for smoothies
frozen meat - pork, chicken, beef, lamb in different cuts (chops/wings/thighs/filets, mince, diced)
 frozen fish - salmon, cod
 frozen sliced bread (for toast)
 crispbread and black rye bread
beans (dried and canned) and lentils (dried)
canned tomatoes, tuna, kippers, sardines, fruit, "Asian" vegetables
rice, oatmeal, pasta, semolina, polenta, wheat flour (white and whole), rice noodles
nuts and seeds - sesame seeds, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, pecans - chestnuts when in season
 some kind of breakfast cereal
 coffee, tea, cocoa, herbal tea
 herbs and spices
 sauces and condiments
I usually/often have eggs, pita bread or tortillas, pot/instant noodles, peanut butter, cream cheese, frozen banana, frozen shellfish of some kind, and a variety of leftovers at all times.2
