Anyone struggling to get those last few pounds off?

I can't seem to stay on track. I had a very stressful move in the summer, and since then I gained 5lbs back and haven't been able to stick to my workout routine & healthy eating choices as I did before. My husband is a terrible influence, which doesn't help, but I'm constantly fluctuating. Last week I was down those 5 lbs, then after one bad weekend, back up 3 lbs. All in all, I'm about 8lbs now away from my goal weight. I still have weight to loose in those "problem areas" after having kids but then it's all about toning things up.
Let me know if anyone has any ideas, or similar situations. I'd love to hear.. and feel free to add me for extra support & motivation!

I am in the same boat!!! Down 40, friends came over, gained 3 over a very fun weekend and it's been 2 weeks now and can't seem to get them all off, just bounce back and forth with those same 3 pounds.
But you know what? We're much better off then we were and we haven't given up.. we're still trying!
I know I could do better on the weekends, but holidays are here and my family/friends are already celebrating.
So, my goal is to just maintain. I can lose 2 pounds Mon-Fri and gain them all back on weekends.. it's a weird maintenance system I have.. but it works for me.
Good luck to you in your stall. I wish you more will power and luck then I currently have!3 -
I gained about 10. I'm short (under 5 feet) so it Shows. Basically I just haven't cared enough.
I just started a new workout and I'm back to Wanting to stick to it! Outside of Thanksgiving, and My Birthday. Its a rough month for things but its only a few days. I Will Not Gain more! Its time for these pounds to leave again

I am 68lbs down over 10 months and strict as ever, but I just cannot shift the last 5lbs. I bounce between 130 - 132lbs and have been stuck there for 2 months. My CICO calculation says I should have lost another 10lbs.
I have been consistent with logging food, weighing everything. Same with exercise, which I have actually intensified over time as I have built up strength. I have adjusted my TDEE each week taking into account weight loss.
Frustrated? Hell yes!!!

I'm down 148 lbs and the last 10 have been tortuous to get off. I'm at the top end of my maintenance range and would like to shed 3-5 more so I can fluctuate up from there. I figure it will happen sooner or later and it won't change my clothes size any further, so I'm not stressing about it. As said above, I'm just enjoying the 148 I no longer have to deal with!0

Same here. The weight fluctuation gets me. I know often it's water, salt, exercise gain and not fat, but it sure is discouraging.
I'm 10 pounds from goal. I've gained 4 in the last two weeks and the calories arent really adding up. I hope most of it is water.
I have a hard time finding what actually works, other than keeping my net calories about 1100. Maybe that's what I just have to do...
I plan on adding weights back in this week too.

I think these last 6 pounds are going to be harder than the first 75, but I am determined!1
