What is Keto?
A 'Ketogenic' diet, ie. to get yourself into nutritional ketosis, sometimes with fairly restricted protein intake, and extremely low carbs. Whereas LCHF can be many things but I go for low(er) carbs, high(er) fat, and moderate protein - plenty of high protein foods but no extra suplementation.0
