Aloooha! I don't know about you, but it is never too early nor too late (unless you're dead..) to start a lifestyle change. I have only 2 goals for next year & that is to transform myself & make friends on the way. As you can tell, island girl from Hawaii here. So where's everyone from? ^-^v

    I have a similar goal as you for the next year. I'm taking it one day at a time, trying to make healthy choices and remain active. I've lost 35 pounds so far and hope to lose at least 50 more. I'm from Tennessee. If anyone wants to add me, I love encouraging and motivating others. One thing I have definitely learned through all of this is we can't do it alone. It's good to have a support team
