Thanksgiving isn't the time to start dieting and exercising, but I need to start somewhere. I had a baby almost 6 weeks ago. I've lost 28 pounds since delivery but that's almost all water weight. I have 50 to go! If someone wants to teach me the ways of the community, that'd be great!
