Keeping Track of My Fitness

I've decided after months of wondering aimlessly that I would track my nutrition and exercise daily . I have tracked my exercise for 6 weeks straight and my nutrition was not on point, so here I am for the next 6 weeks I will track both my exercise and my nutrition. My goal is to lose 6lbs. by New Years. I'm also here for motivation from others and to give motivation, as I believe we are stronger in numbers.
