Looking to add exercise variety

Right now, doing 6-count burpees w/2 additional exercises per set. Getting bored with the routine. Anyone got a suggestion to add some variety but not subtract from the calorie burn?

Bikes are fun and you can burn tons of calories with one.

You'll be hard pressed to find a better calorie burn than burpees. You could go for a run, or lift weights if you have them. You could do clap push-ups and jump squats to switch it up a little. You could try the jump squat where you bring your knees up into a crouch in the air. Those are killers. Crunches and leg scissors for the core. Broomstick across two high chairs to do rows on for your back.

@mgalovic01 - Thanks for the suggestions. I already run and don't want to invest alot of money in weights. I like exercises that I can do anywhere at anytime. However, I'd quite forgotten about the jump squats. I can do about 5 before I'm smoked.

Anywhere anytime: You can resist one arm with the other while performing many different movements. You can do the same thing with the legs while laying on your back or stomach. Also, mentally contracting your muscles while performing movements adds resistance. It helps build the mind- muscle connection. Though usually not much when it comes to cardio, it zaps muscular endurance and mental strength.

In addition to jump squats, I like skater lunges too!

Burpees work 9 muscle groups. You can't go wrong with them.

Fitness blender online has hundreds of free workouts. Just look for cardio workouts that are rated "5" (toughest). They're on youtube too.
