Hello!

So I am finally starting to like my body, I am more toned and lean than i've ever been!

BUT- the one thing that I still don't like is my stomach. I am starting to see more definition-which is great and I hope to have a six pack! As far as my obliques go I can feel them getting stronger each day and I am starting to get the "lines" on the outside, its just my middle abs that are harder for me to tone/see.

What are the best/quickest/most awesome ways to work out the lower abs, burn off stomach fat, and see a six pack? I am getting closer by doing Insanity and eating WAY better than I used to, I just wanted to know YOUR answers on how you got the stomach that you always wanted!!

NUTRITION!!! Ask just about anyone with a shredded stomach and that's what they say. Clean foods and salads.

I was doing well but my 6-pack finally showed when I did RevAbs.

80% is in the kitchen. I have no doubt you will get there. No doubt!

I have heard that nutrition is the thing, and seeing how my stomach looks like a punch bowl full of jell-o I would have to agree. LOL I have also heard RevAbs was good but I haven't tried it myself. Some foods do bloat the belly...for some it's wheat for others it's a certain vegg. Finding out what yours is may help you to see it better maybe.

I'm really curious at about what body fat percentage did people's abs really start to show? I'm right around 10% or so and curious as to how low I'll need to get before I can start seeing progress there....

If you are 10%BF, then you're abs should be apparent. For most people, 10%-15% BF will show the outline of your abs.

My abs came from a combination of very healthy eating, one scoop of Optimum Nutrition Whey protein a day, and running three miles daily.

The top couple show pretty well and the sides are showing pretty decent, but mostly it is still around a 4 pack...

Great post!!! I've only just realised what eating clean is and I am quite good with it anyway so hopefully that won't be a problem. My weight is still too high for my abs to show but I'm getting there. We should make a six pack group and post updates!
