Here's a chart you can use. You can also google weight and bmi calculator and other charts will come up. Some ask for more info (are you male, female, age, etc.)
It says "For your height, a normal weight range would be from 108 to 145 pounds."

Depends on your build. 130-140 is good for me. Other people prefer 110-120 or 120-130. Larger frame and/or higher amount of muscle will make your ideal weight higher for any given height.2

Anything from 110 to 145.....thanks1

I honestly wouldn't look at charts or anything else like that. Muscle weighs more than fat, people carry their weight different. I am 5'4" and so is my sister. I am bottom heavy, big butt and thighs. My sister is top heavy. I weight 180 and don't lol over weight because of how I hold it plus I work out and strength train. My sister weighs 165 and looks heavier but she carries her weight in her stomach and back. So just focus on how you fit into clothes, how healthy you are I.e. can you walk without heavy breathing. Can you climb stairs? Rhetorical. Thats his you csn judge if you are healthy.3

145 is super skinny for me.....puts me in a size 4 skinny jeans. 150 is best for me.0

And muscle does not weigh more than fat. 1 pound of fat is the same as 1 pound of muscle. Muscle is more dense than fat.10

I'm 5'4" and I'm shooting for 125 ish. I start looking pretty good around 140 though however this is the higher end of the bmi.

One liter of muscle weighs more than one litre of fat.
When people say muscle weighs more than fat, they mean for the same unit volume. Yes, they could talk about density instead but they are expecting the reader to apply common sense and fill in the blank.11 -

A higher % of lean muscle mass is going to look slim at the high end.
A higher body fat % is going to look pudgy at lower weights.

I'm 5'4 and currently around 125 and wear size 4/smalls (I was just under 135 in my pic i think). I'm aiming to get around 115-120 before switching to maintenance cus I still have some fat in places I want to get rid of.2

Have you considered a recomp?1 -
yeah i'm 5'3" and 156 but don't look like i weight that much...0

I like 147. I'm trying to get back to it, 164 today.
I am a UK10/US6 at 150 or below. 147 is the lowest I have been. I needed to improve my body composition at that weight but I didn't need to lose weight.
I think I would look awful at anything below 140. I have a big so I'd look like a bobble-head doll0 -
It really depends on how you are built. I'm just under 5'4" and 116-117 pounds. I carry all of my excess weight in my waistline, so whenever I get over about 125 I start to look pudgy.2
-
My goal weight is 140-145, which is at the upper end of a 'healthy' BMI. It all depends on your build, bone structure, and how much muscle you have or want to have. The BMI chart is an okay starting place, but not an exact science. Whatever you choose as a goal, good luck!1

I have a small frame and when I'm at my set point weight, I'm around 115.

I am currently 121 lb and my goal weight is 103.5 pounds ! I am 5'1"0

Agree with above, it really depends on your body frame. My goal weight is 115 and I am 120 which I am ok with. I am focusing on body recomposition at the moment. 120 is my max as I start to look pudgy around 125.1

I've been debating a recomp but I'm not a big fan of weight lifting so I keep putting it off0 -
I'm aiming for the upper end of that range and then I'll re-assess. I feel like I won't want to be smaller and it won't suit my build, but in all honesty I don't know if that's reasonable or if it's just because I'm used to being fat. We shall see.0

I am half an inch shorter, but my current goal weight is set to 130lbs. This may change as I am closer to goal, though. I have a small frame.1
-
108-145 is the general range but it will look different on different people depending on how they carry it and what their body composition is.
For me...at 145 I looked way too heavy, and at 109 I was very lean/bony. My ideal spot is about 114.0 -
I'm 5'3" and my current goal is 120. I'm about 5 pounds over at this point. I may adjust that goal down another 5 too. I have a small frame and feel better there. I agree with everyone else who said it really depends on your frame.1
