It's listed under "pickle tickle".
It you really want to log it, figure about 80 calories for 30 minutes and adjust for your short comings...5 -
This question gets asked every so often and the answers range from 'Because they like to keep their private lives private' to 'It doesn't burn as much as you think it does'.
I would just count it in my activity level or as a bonus burn, but no need to log it.3 -
You just need the right device to log it.0
-
Because 10 seconds of anything doesn't amount to much of a calorie burn.21

I think some are doing it all wrong! if your not taking at least hour your not soaked in sweat and haven't a least burned 500 calories haha4
-
Too funny!! The for great laugh, everyone!!0

To get the most accurate data an HRM is essential.0

Sometimes you just want to get it on and not take an hour. That's what quickies are for.
Doesn't mean they're 'doing it wrong'. At least they're 'doing it'.2 -

I was kidding about the hour part lol I'm old I'd have a heart attack doing that everyday0
