    The 1,000 pound club? I'm almost at 800, but I'm a female.

    Squat+Bench+Deadlift=1,000 pounds

It's really only a standard for men who are 185 pounds because it relates to a powerlifting number that indicates you are a decent lifter. It's arbitrary and doesn't fit most people.

@TreyTnt9 I'm not sure if you're confused or being sarcastic. It's not about weighing 1,000 pounds it's about lifting 1,000 pounds when combining your one rep max number for bench press, squat, and deadlift.

If you're trolling it's not funny.
