I got 6 out of 9 correct. I thought that was pretty good. I was surprised that you don't have to stretch before exercising... I guess that's one thing I can change.0

I just didn't know about the marathon running and cellulite.
My nursing instructors will be happy LOL.0 -

I got 7.
The problem with those types of quizzes is that 'fact' is used pretty loosely. Except for obvious things like skinny people are always healthier than fat people, most of those aren't scientifically proven.
For example, many articles would likely state that stretching before running is a fact. Based on what I've read, I personally don't think it's necessary, but to state that's a 'fact' is stretchign it a bit (pun not intended).
Same with the best time to workout. Yes, perhaps that is when your body heat is at its highest and you have some fuel from having eaten, however, those two things alone are not enough to make it the best time to workout. There are a number of factor that play in here and very likely there isn't a best time to workout for absolutely everyone.
I guess just to say, people should take these things as they are.
They are very often informative and it is good information, but for the most part they are theory rather than hard facts. If it makes sense to you, try it out and see if it works for you; if it doesn't don't be hesitant to try something else because this website stated it as a fact.0 -
I got 7 correct also.0

It's a fun quiz, but still subjective. I missed the best time to workout, but I was thinking in terms of what's best for me. I've been a 5am exerciser for some now, and that's where my energy is. I personally perform better at 5am than I do at 5p, and that's my fact for my body. I think that is "to each his own."0
