I want to challenge myself and others to join me in losing 9 lbs in 9 weeks to start the New Year off strong and well. Pick any day within the current week you are in to document your starting weight, current weight, and goal weight for this 9 week challenge.     Starting off this week good. I've gone for 3 walks so far today, two short walks today and started off the week with 1 walk/hike on Sunday. I'm getting back on track now that Halloween is over.
