Looking for motivation and gym buddy !!

Hey guys , I'm not sure how all this works. I'm 25 years old, and 25lbs over weight. I'm honestly looking for some ideas, motivation, answer help ! I wanna become a healthy fit version of myself. I just wanna also feel beautiful in my own body ! Please help ! Thanks everyone

    Sleep nightly
    Stress less
    Eat higher quality food
    Slow down and be mindful
    Drink more water
    Embrace the process not the goal

    For starters, you ARE a beautiful young woman. The biggest challenge for women is to embrace their inner beauty and to allow that beauty to reflect back when they look in the mirror.
    Simply remember that every step counts. Take the stairs or walk down the street to the store instead of jumping into the car. When that becomes a habit, everything else becomes a little easier. :smile:
