The lasagna is so good! I can't or won't eat until like 2am because my boyfriend is at work.... and if I don't wait I think I will eat too much. I made his food before he left to go to work (he had real turkey, but this one is vegetarian). I made him a real turkey breast, stuffing and biscuits... I am hungry now. Distract me with your delicious food!

Homemade cranberry sauce, oven baked sweet potatoes (in foil), cornbread stuffing (jalapeno, cranberry, pecan, bacon), mashed potatoes, turkey, homemade mac and cheese, homemade gravy. Pies are in the oven.

Any chance there is a recipe for the mac? I haven't found one I like yet.

My daughter made it. I think it's just Velveeta and milk. If i make it, I add cream cheese.

I put the jalapenos and cranberries in a blender (fine chopped) so no one could complain about the cranberries (my 21 yo kids dont likes them). It even outs the hotness of the pepper too. So this way, it's just flavored jalapeno, not hot. But you could always make 2 batches.

Tasty foods, today. I had a little bit of everything and stayed close to my daily goal. Yea!

What sent me over? Well, the desserts that I made. Whoops! Pumpkin Cheesecake and brownies. I did manage to leave them behind, so no leftovers came home with me. Whew!

Watermelon? Where in the US do you find watermelon this time of year! Lucky dog!

No pics but I am over 668 calories for the day, which if I keep this up says I will be 8 pounds heavier in 5 weeks. A sobering thought, but tomorrow is a new day.

I complained on my Facebook that there were too few meal photos and then plowed through my own without taking a single one :\ Don't think I did horribly, logged the main meal as 1200 and my alcohol separately putting me solidly in the red but it may not have been that bad. Time will tell.

Just a picture of leftovers from last night, but it's everything we had, except for the collard greens, because I don't eat collard greens.

Ah, the watermelon. I have no clue. Guests brought the fruit and veggie platter. I was in charge of wine and dessert. ;)

It's a little hard to see, but working from the bottom left and going clockwise we have:
    -Roasted turkey with Cajun seasoning
-Roasted (in the turkey cavity) garlic and shallot mashed potatoes
    -Fresh cranberry sauce
    -Brie
-Corn pudding (by Chef John of Food Wishes)
-Marshmallow yams (which combined great with the corn pudding)
    -Homemade pull-apart rolls
    -Turkey broth gravy
    -Cornbread
    -Asian-style sautéed green beans
    -Brown sugar roasted ham

    Not pictured: pumpkin pie
