Best to read the Community pages for Newbies. That will answer all your questions. If it doesn't answer all someone will help you if you reach out again. Quick advise relative to everyone would be to go slow. There is much support how to eat healthier with less calories so you will be able to keep the weight off afterwards. One day at a time. If you haven't I would suggest you fill out your profile. Define who you are and what your goals are. Logging your food and exercise everyday is of the utmost importance. Open your food diary for others to see. That is the best way for others to help you and to make friends with those who also have an open diary so you can learn from them. Also if you want support look for others who give support but you must be very motivated from within to succeed. Do you have specific questions now?0
