For those that were over 300 or even 400 or greater

Did you ever get to 199 or less?

I just hit 201 today and I'm so close but I just ate the leftover thanksgiving dinner but I'm still sure I'll make it

I told myself once I get to 199 I need to focus on other goals besides weight loss

I'm working on it, not too sure I wanna get that low yet though. I'm 25 an 6', started at 341 and have gotten to 274 so far, my goal as of right now is 225 but may go lower
    Amazing job though, that's awesome!

When I started I weighed more than my scales capacity, which was 370 pounds. My current weight is 190. I've been as low as 183, but I've added muscle and am actually smaller in the waist and definitely healthier and stronger now at this current weight! Ps- I did all this through diet and exercise...no surgery, no pills, no personal trainers. Congrats on your success! That's so awesome!

You are doing great. Congratulations on your success!

I started at 333 lbs, and I’m now down to 219. My goal is around 205-210, but I’m also tempted to keep going to get below 200. Getting below 200 would be a great accomplishment. I'll make that decision after I drop another 10 pounds.
