Just google it...more than you could ever make in three lifetimes.
Just my personal opinion, but a lot (most) of the "paleo" cooking sites out there are very concerned with providing alternative baked goods...muffins, breads, pancakes, etc. My thing is, if we're going to follow the paleolithic diet, why do we need "fake" baked goods? Why do we need baked goods at all? This is like vegans and vegetarians who eat fake meat...it's made from corn/tempeh/tofu/TVP but it tastes just like chicken!...I don't get it.
Just sayin'...
(I actually made a dish from PaleOMG.com last night...her Chicken Enchilada Stew is dee-lish!)3 -
Another good site to look at is primalpalate.com.0

Nom Nom Paleo has some really great recipes as well.1

"Healthier" and "paleo" should not be used in the same sentence in my opinion.2

Paleomg and Nom Nom Paleo are my favorite Paleo food blogs. Also, Whole30 as a type of "reboot". It helps me to stop snacking and eat 100% healthy for a month - of course, around Thanksgiving or Christmas, maybe more like a Whole14 at some point. ;-)0

Stupid Easy Paleo is good. My big tip for you is to keep it as simple as possible. Don't try to start making fancy recipes with a lot of ingredients, otherwise you'll get overwhelmed and quit. Dessert in the beginning could be a simple fruit salad with coconut cream or avocados blended with honey and cocoa powder to make a pudding. The slow cooker will be your best friend (especially during the cold season). It will be expensive at first when you buy staples like seasonings and oils, but as you'll learn how to save as you get going. You'll automatically save by not eating out as much, getting snacks and drinks at the movie theatre, etc. Meal prep so that the fresh ingredients can be used for multiple meals. Overtime you will become more confident with your cooking skills to try to make baked goods with nut flours, but those should still be considered treats.
Oh, and Pinterest will save your life with recipes and tips.1 -
Paleo isn't necessarily healthier than anything else you could do...
That said, just type in paleo into a Pinterest search0 -

What is paleo
It's a diet/way of eating that purports to be based on the way our Palaeolithic ancestors ate, when in reality it is absolutely nothing like the way our ancestors ate and it's just a good way to sell cookbooks and get clicks on blogs. And to eat funky tasting baked goods.0 -
I highly recommend using Pinterest. Create yourself a Paleo board, you will find so many different recipes. That's what I do. And who does not like pretty pictures.0

I just had shrimp scampi with spaghetti squash. So good! Both links are geared toward the autoimmune protocol, buy you can play with spices. I added some ginger and dried oregano to the shrimp to give it a little flavor.

I just baked sweet potato salmon cakes. ...I think sweet potatoes are paleo ?
They're great cause I've been putting off my grocery trip and they're made with staples I always have on hand: garnet yam, canned salmon, onion, eggs. Cheap, good mix of macros for me, and a source of omega-3's !1
