Best protein bars or source

Just looking for a great after workout bar any suggestions besides quest. Looking for not alot of sugar and good protein not worried about calories . Thabks

Just read that Kirkland (Cosco) Signature Protein Bars are just like Quest but less expensive. I have been eating Lenny and Larry Protein Cookies. Just eating half fills you up but maybe has too much sugar for you. Check it out. I think there are posts here somewhere about Protein Bars. Check out Protein Bars in the Search option.1

I make my own, that way I can control what goes in them. Lots of recipes online. A great one is Chris and Heidi Powell's Lemon Poppyseed protein bars.2

Oh Yeah makes a couple of tasty ones, but honestly most protein bars taste like mud IMO. Like a poster upthread said, make your own. You can control everything.0
