I'm in too...love this challenge! I'm also adding the challenge of no snacking after dinner which has caused me to gain about 5-6 pounds this year!

Was hoping for more loss this week but given the holiday, just glad to have basically maintained! This week, I'm adding the extra challenge of not more than 1 snack per day as snacking is what always puts me over my calorie goal. Good luck to everyone!!
