Second Time Around

Hello,
Well, I hate to say it but, this is my second time around on the weight loss/health lifestyle journey. I began this journey back in 2012 when I was about 305 lbs. By the summer of 2014 I was down to 197 lbs and was filling great. However, I somehow let some missteps ruin all that hard work. I stop tracking and working out and before I knew it I ballooned back up to 326 lbs when I weighed myself about 2 months ago!!! WOW, the heaviest I have ever been in my life. Granted I went through a transition in my life, adjusting to living alone after a breakup, attending school to pursue an MBA, raising two beautiful girls while working full time; but still 326 lbs!!. So I started back o at watching/tracking what I eat and working out regularly and now am 306 lbs!! So I can say I am getting back to my better self. I di it before, and I know I can do it again, all it takes is a commitment and consistency; and of course some friends on the same journey. so if you are looking for a weight loss friend, please feel free to add me!!

I know what you mean. I do well when I track. I stopped 2 years ago and gained 30 plus pounds. Need to get back to tracking and making better choices !1
