So for several weeks I been working out. I definitely have not ate perfect. At the same time frustrated I could not even lose a pound. So I just joined this app. Tracking my calories has me thinking I may not be eating enough. Afraid to eat more. Anyone ever had success eating more based on this app?

This app is used for fitness. Gaining, losing, maintaining is achieved with the app if used correctly with a food scale.

I found I was eating far too much which was the only reason for my weight gain.

What are your stats (sex, age, height, current weight, goal weight) as well as how many pounds/kilos mfp has you losing per week?

Are you using a food scale, OP?

If you've been eating the same way and working out for the last four weeks and you haven't lost any weight you are not eating too little. It all comes down to calories in vs calories out. Get a food scale to be accurate. If your weight is the same for four weeks then your eating what your body needs to maintain your current weight.

According to this app I should be on 1200 calories, after several weeks of only losing a few grams here and there I spoke with a personal trainer who advised I should be on 1500 based on my exercise routine. I changed this up and have since lost 6kg in 8 weeks.
