I have been IF for about 2 months now. I stop eating at 6 pm and usually have my first meal by 11 am... sometime 1 pm. It's easier on weekdays as it works with my job (Can only eat at breaks) but it's really hard to maintain on weekends. I eat gum or mints during my fasting period and black coffee when the urge hits. I have not seen any remarkable changes in my body or weight loss, but I do enjoy the fact that I can still eat my favorite foods (like cake... small portions of course) and not feel guilty. It takes will power. Now I can't imagine eating breakfast....
